Anggaran Diskon Listrik Rp2,33 TriliunDirektur Jenderal Ketenagalistrikan Kementerian ESDM Rida Mulyana mengatakan, jumlah anggaran untuk perpanjangan stimulus listrik pada triwluan III-2021 tersebut mencapai Rp2,33 triliun dari alokasi semester I sekitar Rp6,94 triliun."Mempertimbangkan kondisi yang terjadi di masyarakat saat ini, terutama terkait dengan implementasi PPKM Darurat, pemerintah memutuskan untuk melanjutkan stimulus program ketenagalistrikan hingga triwulan III 2021," kata Rida, Senin (05/07/2021).
3. Pelanggan yang Dapat Dikson ListrikNilai perpanjangan stimulus listrik yang diberikan pemerintah sama dengan nilai yang diberikan pada triwulan II periode April hingga Juni 2021.Pelanggan golongan rumah tangga, bisnis kecil, dan industri kecil daya 450 voltampere (VA) baik reguler maupun prabayar mendapat diskon 50%.Sedangkan bagi pelanggan golongan rumah tangga bersubdisi berdaya 900 VA hanya mendapatkan diskon sebesar 25%.Pembebasan biaya beban atau abonemen, serta pembebasan ketentuan rekening minimum sebesar 50% bagi pelanggan industri, bisnis, dan sosial.[br]
4. Pelanggan Pascabayar, Diskon Diberikan Potong TagihanAdapun bagi pelanggan pascabayar, diskon diberikan dengan langsung memotong tagihan rekening listrik pelanggan. Sementara untuk pelanggan prabayar, diskon tarif listrik diberikan saat pembelian token listrik."Total anggaran yang dibutuhkan untuk pemberian stimulus program ketenagalistrikan hingga triwulan III 2021 mencapai Rp9,27 triliun dengan pelanggan penerima manfaat sekitar 33,74 juta pelanggan," tutur Rida.
